A satisfying dinner should not make you wonder whether tomorrow is going to be a write-off.
This client wanted relief from unpredictable abdominal discomfort but she also wanted something deeper:
Enough energy to move her body.
Enough capacity to get through a busy season without burning out.
And enough confidence around food that every meal did not need a spreadsheet.
That is why we did not start with a bigger “avoid” list.
We looked at the whole pattern:
⚡ How meals were landing
⚡ Sleep and energy rhythms
⚡ Stress tolerance and day-to-day pressure
⚡ Cycle changes, including the luteal phase
⚡ Her history, tests and existing care
With metagenomics stool testing, blood testing and regular review, the aim was to create a useful starting point—not hand her a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Around a month in, she reported sleeping better, feeling less bloated after meals, comfortably eating larger meals, feeling more resilient under stress and feeling less moody and snappy in the luteal phase.
No food fear required.
No “start again Monday” nonsense.
Just a clearer, supported process that worked with the life she already had.
