💜 Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month 💜

This September, listen to your body and know what’s normal for you.
Be aware of symptoms such as unusual bleeding, persistent bloating, pelvic pain, bowel or bladder changes, or changes to the vulvar area.

Most symptoms are not cancer, but if something feels unusual or doesn’t go away, speak with your GP.

💜 Stay up to date with your cervical screening.

💙 September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month 💙

Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australian men.

Your risk is higher if you have a family history. Early detection can save lives.

👨‍⚕️ Men over 50, or over 40 with a family history, should talk to their doctor about prostate cancer testing.

Don’t wait — speak with your GP at your next health check.

Learn more and find support through the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.
