The body whispers before it shouts.

A while ago, I developed pain in my hand.

As a Clinical Hypno-Psychotherapist, I spend my days helping people understand that our bodies often communicate with us through symptoms. They aren't always the enemy. Sometimes they're a message.

My hand became my message.

It reminded me that life doesn't wait.

How many dreams do we postpone because we're waiting for the "right time"? The right finances. The right confidence. The right circumstances.

What if that day never comes?

Instead of waiting, I picked up a paintbrush.

One painting became another. Then another.

Today, I'm incredibly proud to share that my very first SALA exhibition has opened at Adelaide Central Plaza.

Looking around the exhibition today, I realised something. If I'd ignored that message from my body... none of this would exist.

No paintings.
No exhibition.
No dress.
No cushions.
No lampshade.
No dream becoming reality.

I have no idea where this journey will lead, but I'm so grateful I listened before it became a regret.

If your heart keeps nudging you towards something... don't keep telling yourself "one day."

One day has a habit of becoming never.

Natalie is truly a miracle worker. I wasn’t sure what the process was going to be like as I have never done hypnotherapy before but from the first session through to the last (for now), Natalie has made me feel so comfortable and understood. Her ability to tailor sessions around not just overcoming the challenges I’ve been facing but also based on my personality and unique goals, shows just how talented and experienced she is. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. The process obviously required me to put some work in myself outside of the sessions with Natalie, but the direction and support from Natalie to do this has made it easy to implement hypnotherapy into my daily routine. I feel like a different person and I have noticed that it’s changed me in more ways than just overcoming the challenges I went to see her for. Thanks so much Natalie!
