A big thank you to Daniel Bolton & Lauren Bolton for having me back at the AAU Spring Madness Tournament (AAU Queensland - The home of AAU Basketball & Triple Threat Tournaments), providing the Recovery Boot Lounge and helping look after the athletes throughout the weekend! 🏀💚
What a great tournament and an awesome pathway for young athletes to compete, challenge themselves and experience a different level of basketball.
It’s been great being part of it again and seeing so many athletes making the most of the recovery boots between games. Long days, multiple games and plenty of kilometres in the legs, recovery is all part of being an athlete! 👊🏻👏🏻
