Meet Rachell, our Dermal Therapist.

With over 15 years of experience in the beauty and skin industry, Rachell enjoys helping patients understand their skin and explore care options suited to their individual needs.

With a background in Beauty Therapy, Rachell has continued to develop her knowledge through additional training in skin and laser treatments. Her professional interests include acne-prone skin, pigmentation, facial redness and visible blood vessels, skin texture, and tattoo removal.

Rachell brings a warm and considered approach to her work, taking the time to listen to patients’ concerns and explain treatment options within her scope of practice. She values clear communication and personalised care, helping patients feel informed and supported throughout their appointments.

Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure. Frequent use and reapplication according to directions are required for effective sun protection, particularly after swimming, sweating or towelling.

Avoid prolonged high-risk sun exposure. Sunscreen is only one part of sun protection. Seek shade and wear protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses.

MICRONEEDLING: HOW DOES IT WORK?

Microneedling uses fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, encouraging the skin’s natural repair response.

WHY DO WE USE IT?
• To support collagen production
• To help improve the appearance of uneven skin texture
• To soften the appearance of fine lines
• To help improve the appearance of certain types of acne scarring

Microneedling may be considered as part of an individualised skin treatment plan, depending on your skin concerns and treatment goals.

Meet Cayley, our Registered Nurse.

Cayley works alongside Dr Barnaby Gordon-Hall, supporting patient care across medical and aesthetic medicine, including assisting with minor procedures and providing nursing care within her scope of practice.

Before becoming a Registered Nurse, Cayley worked as a Dermal Therapist, gaining experience in skin health, patient education and non-invasive skin treatments.

Cayley takes an evidence-informed and personalised approach to patient care, with a particular interest in skin health and aesthetic medicine. She values helping patients understand their treatment options and make informed decisions about their care.

Her approach is warm and considered, with a focus on patient education, individualised care and ongoing professional development.

You’ll find Cayley in clinic consulting Tuesday and Wednesday, with alternate Saturdays.

Assisting Dr Barney on Monday and Thursday.

Meet Lauren, our Dermal Clinician.

With over 13 years of experience in the skin and aesthetics industry, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Dermal Therapies from Victoria University.

Lauren takes an evidence-informed and personalised approach to skin health, helping patients better understand their skin and choose treatments and skincare suited to their individual needs.

She has experience across chemical peels, LED light therapy, microneedling and laser treatments, supporting patients with concerns including acne, rosacea, pigmentation, signs of ageing and dehydration.

Warm, considered and focused on skin health and education, Lauren believes good skin care starts with understanding your skin.

You’ll find Lauren in clinic Monday to Thursday.
