It was a pleasure speaking about men's health at Lowlands Bowling Club alongside Tim Crakanthorp MP.

Men's health is about more than physical wellbeing. It includes our mental, emotional and social health too.

The reality is that around three out of four su***de deaths in Australia are men. Many are facing challenges such as relationship breakdown, financial stress, isolation and the pressures of modern life.

The role of men has changed significantly over the past generation, but often the support available hasn't kept pace.

If you're struggling, talk to a mate, reach out to a healthcare professional, and don't be afraid to ask for help.

Check in on your mates. Check in on yourself.

No judgement. Just help.
