The way NDIS claims are processed is changing.

The NDIA is introducing a new claiming rule that will affect how quickly NDIS claims, invoices and reimbursement requests need to be submitted.

From 1 December 2026, claims will need to be submitted within 90 days of the support being delivered, replacing the current two-year claiming window. Claims submitted outside this timeframe will not be paid unless exceptional circumstances apply.

These changes are designed to improve the timeliness and integrity of NDIS payments and may affect participants, providers and plan managers.

🧠🍔 Thank you, Central Coast! 🍔🧠

What a night! Our Steptember Trivia Night at Grill'd West Gosford was full of laughs, friendly rivalry and some seriously impressive general knowledge 🙌

Together we raised $250 for Cerebral Palsy Alliance 💚, supporting research that helps babies with cerebral palsy in their first 1,000 days.

A huge thank you to Lisa from LadyBumblebee Disability Services for hosting and keeping the energy high all night 🐝🎤, to Grill'd West Gosford for having us, and to our amazing partners Fairhaven Central Coast, Abilities, Guide Healthcare and Care NSW.

And of course, thank you to everyone who came along, grabbed a burger and gave it their best guess. We had so much fun and can't wait to do it again! 🏆
