A follow on from my post the other day about histamine.
One thing I find extraordinary about AI is its ability to help us find and explore information, particularly when we learn how to ask the right questions. You can also take that research a step further by asking for the relevant medical and scientific studies behind the information you’re finding. But also be aware that AI is fast adapting and creating changes to algorithms so that some information is much harder to find. Some of my searches have completely changed from only a few months ago.
My current working theory, based on what I’m seeing with clients in clinic, is that “master cell activation from too much histamine in the body”may be an important piece of the puzzle when we look at the broader health challenges we’re seeing today.
I’ve added a few screenshots from my Google searches to the thread to help contribute to the conversation and encourage people to explore the research for themselves.
They look at some of the factors that may contribute to histamine overload and the range of symptoms and conditions that can be associated with histamine and immune-system dysregulation.
When the body is unable to properly regulate or clear certain substances, it can potentially create a cascade of effects across multiple systems.
This is why immune system function and regulation are becoming increasingly high on my list of things to consider when looking at the bigger picture of health.
The areas potentially involved are broad and can include mental, neurological, autoimmune, gastrointestinal, dermatological, respiratory and cancer
As always, the goal isn’t to jump to conclusions, but to stay curious, look at the evidence, ask better questions and consider how the different pieces of the puzzle may fit together.
