Saunas aren’t just about getting hot.

Regular heat exposure can support recovery, circulation and stress management while giving your body and mind a chance to slow down.

Have you had your sauna session this week? 🔥🧊

Phone down. Sauna hot. Ice bath cold.
Simple formula.

Walk in stressed. Walk out different

70 years young and still getting after it ❄️

Most people slow down.
Lars built a community around doing hard things.

Proof that discipline, movement, purpose and a little cold exposure keeps you young.

The Viking turns 70.

Happy Birthday you living legend.

The little legends came in to cheer on their parents through the ice baths today… and honestly, they may have been tougher than the adults.

Built different from the start 💪🏻
