What a weekend 🫶🏻

Incredible few days in Melbourne with Gaz, Brian & The Hope Cartel team

4 epic journeys later and I am absolutely SHATTERED. In the best possible way.

Something has shifted in me this weekend. I’ve let go of things I didn’t even realise I was still carrying. I’ve felt, released, and made space for parts of myself that needed a little more love.

I’m leaving feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to myself. There’s a quietness within me that feels so good. Less to carry, less to hold onto, and more room to simply be.

I can’t fully put it into words, and maybe I don’t need to. Some experiences are felt far deeper than they can ever be explained.

I’m so grateful for the people, the space, the medicine and the reminder that this journey of coming home to ourselves is never really finished.

My heart is full, my body is tired, and I’m feeling so ready to bring more of this medicine home.

Melbourne, you’ve given me so much.
Now let’s get you on the mats, guys ❤️‍🔥

It’s rare that I’m lost for words & Im sure in the coming days I’ll find a few to talk about what I experienced today. For now it’s just huge gratitude and appreciation for getting to sit down to dinner with the man in my headphones every day aka Brian Kelly the founder of 9D Breathwork 🫶🏻

Such a privilege, my heart is so full already and there’s still another full day to come!

300 BREATHWORK SESSIONS 🫶🏻

I had to stop for a moment when I realised we’ve hit 300 breathwork sessions since I started this little gig of mine.

THREE HUNDRED!

I don’t think I’ve stopped long enough to really take that in, but today I’m feeling pretty bloody proud.

Proud of the courage it took to start something new. Proud of the spaces I’ve created. Proud of every person who’s walked through the door, jumped online, trusted me to hold space for them and given themselves permission to just BE.

Some sessions have been full of tears, some laughter, some big releases, and others have simply been about finding a little peace in a busy world.

Every single one has reminded me why I do this.

I’m still learning, still growing and still discovering just how powerful this work can be.

I never set out to change the world. I just wanted to do something that felt meaningful, something that might help people feel a little better in themselves and a little more connected to who they really are & here we are, 300 sessions later.

To every single person who has breathed with me, whether online, in a hall, in a little room or somewhere in between, THANK YOU.

Thank you for your trust. Thank you for showing up for yourselves. Thank you for being part of this little adventure.

300 sessions might just be a number, but to me, it represents hundreds of moments where someone chose to show up for themselves.

And that, my friends, is something worth celebrating ❤️

From the outside, this room looks quiet.

People lying on mats.
Blankets pulled up.
Headphones on.
Eye masks on.

But beneath the surface…

Someone is letting go of years of grief.

Someone is releasing anger they didn’t know they were still carrying.

Someone is meeting themselves with compassion for the first time in a very long time.

Someone is remembering what it feels like to breathe without the weight of the world on their shoulders.

As I walk around the room, I don’t see people lying still.

I see courage.

Not because they’re speaking, because they’re willing to listen to themselves.

My role isn’t to rescue, fix or change anyone.

It’s simply to create a space where people feel safe enough to meet themselves exactly as they are.

Healing doesn’t happen when we force it. It happens when we finally stop fighting ourselves.

Every session reminds me that this work is about so much more than breath. It’s about creating a space where people can reconnect with the person they’ve always been beneath the stress, the responsibilities, the expectations and the survival.

That is the privilege I’m so grateful for.

This is what my day looks like today 🤍

My laptop is open, headphones are on and one by one, I’m meeting people in their own homes for a private online 1:1 9D Breathwork sessions.

Some people aren’t quite ready for a group session. Maybe the thought of lying in a room full of strangers feels a bit much. Maybe they’re more comfortable in their own space. Maybe life feels a little too heavy right now and they just want somewhere safe and quiet to land.

That’s why I offer these bespoke 1:1 sessions.

You don’t have to leave the house.
You don’t have to be around anyone else.
You don’t have to explain yourself.
You just show up, get comfortable and let me guide you through it.
