We’ve been making some great jokes about our mini course starting this weekend.
 
But the reality is this stuff is life changing.
 
Today in one of my trauma healing sessions with my therapist the most supportive tool I had was my capacity to breath, to let my emotions through, to move my body and to sound.
 
My therapist says “I’m amazing at leaning all the way in” and that “many clients can’t connect to their body like I do”
 
I unfortunately understand this - I’ve spent years training my way home to my body 
 
I do not believe ple@sure is an indulgence, do not believe it is unimportant when their are wars and violence on the rise
 
I believe this work is the greatest form of personal and global healing that we have right at our finger tips

Whilst I don’t personally require my rebel as much anymore, i know it was her that propelled me onto this journey
