Have you ever wondered why your skin doesn't quite look or feel the way it used to?
Well, collagen has a lot to do with it!
As we get older, our skin naturally produces less collagen, which can affect its firmness, elasticity and texture.
You might notice that your skin doesn't bounce back quite like it used to, fine lines are becoming more noticeable, or things just feel a little less firm.
Of course, there's a lot more to facial ageing than just collagen loss. Changes in hormones, facial fat, bone structure and other tissues all play a part.
I find the science behind our skin absolutely fascinating, and I love sharing it with you!
