💕 COSMETIC TATTOO MENTORING – LET’S BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE!
I’ve been consistently receiving enquiries from cosmetic tattoo artists looking for mentoring and shadowing opportunities, so I’ve created a personalised 1-on-1 mentoring program to help.
Cosmetic tattooing IS hard! 😝 And I think it’s important to be honest about that.
👉🏻 Even after years of experience, there are still challenges. We’re not working on practice skin. We’re working on real skin, which isn’t flat, doesn’t always respond the way we expect, and can behave differently for so many reasons.
👉🏻 Learning how to troubleshoot, adapt your techniques and know what to do when things don’t go to plan takes experience, practice and time.
As one of my very first trainers used to tell me, “You need time on skin.” And she was absolutely right!
Over the years, I’ve invested thousands of dollars in masterclasses, advanced training and online education. All of these have contributed to my knowledge and skills, but in my experience, nothing quite compares to personalised, hands-on, 1-on-1 mentoring.
I genuinely wish someone had offered something like this when I was learning!
Instead, I spent eye-watering amounts of money on one- and two-day masterclasses. While I certainly learnt valuable techniques, I often walked away thinking, “Gee, I really wish I had more time to master that and get it right under supervision.”
One of the biggest challenges when you’re learning without an experienced cosmetic tattooist or mentor beside you is that you can unknowingly develop bad habits. Without someone to correct your technique or help you understand why something isn’t working, those habits can become difficult to break.
And when your results aren’t what you hoped for, it’s incredibly disheartening. Your confidence suffers, you start questioning your abilities, and sometimes you feel like giving up altogether.
I often wonder how many talented artists have walked away from this industry simply because they didn’t have the right support when they needed it most.
It takes an enormous amount of tenacity, determination and money to make it on your own. I know, because I’ve been there!
And that’s exactly why I’ve created this mentoring program.
Because sometimes you don’t need another course. You need someone beside you, guiding you, answering your questions, helping you troubleshoot and giving you the time to practise until things finally start to click.
