Iâve been working quietly on something that has grown out of more than 37 years of working with clients and running my own businesses.
One thing Iâve learned is that a busy practice isnât necessarily a secure practice.
You can keep looking for new clients, posting more on social media and trying to fill the occasional empty appointment â but thereâs another question I think we need to be asking:
Are we giving the clients we already have a reason to want to come back?
For me, rebooking has never been about convincing someone to book another appointment.
Itâs about the relationship you build, how well you listen, the confidence you have in your professional recommendations, and how cared for that client feels throughout their experience with you.
Because I believe:
Clients donât return because they were asked to.
They return because they felt understood, valued and professionally cared for.
That belief has become the foundation of something Iâve been building called REBOOK Foreverâ˘.
Itâs designed for wellness practitioners who want a more stable, sustainable practice built around loyal returning clients â without pushy sales techniques or constantly chasing the next new client.
Iâll be sharing more about it soon. â¤ď¸
In the meantime, Iâd love to know:
What do you find hardest about getting clients to return regularly?
