The foundation of my practice combines the physical with inner emotional and spiritual journey. I combine and share a range of holistic practices in order to assist you on your unique personal journey, be it to overcome your challenges, to improve your body/mind/spirit connection, to heal, have deep transformation, to break current and intergenerational cycles or just to simply reset, rejuvenate and be held in the most sacred container. I aim to create an experience that will not only make you feel extreme relaxation, love and nurturing, but to also help with deep transformation and improvement for your mental, emotional, physical and energetic bodies. I pride myself on being able to create space for my clients to feel held, open their hearts to love and to feel supported while being brought back to optimal health and happiness.

With over 3 weeks still to go, I’m honestly a little gobsmacked that UNBOUND has officially sold out!

When I first created UNBOUND, I had a vision of bringing people together in a space where they could connect, heal, release, laugh, cry, move, breathe and experience something that stays with them long after they leave the room.

To see that vision growing beyond the Sunshine Coast and reaching people in other communities is something I’m incredibly grateful for.

To every single person who has booked a space, shared my posts, tagged a friend, recommended UNBOUND or supported this movement in any way… THANK YOU. Truly. 🤍

A little introduction for those who are new here, and a little more of me for those who have been around for a while. 🤍

I’m Charlotte, the woman behind Charlotte Unbound.

My work has grown and evolved so much over the years, but the heart of it has always remained the same. I genuinely believe in the power we have to change our lives, heal deeply, explore who we are beyond what we’ve known, and create something different for ourselves and the generations that follow.

I’m endlessly fascinated by the human experience, our ancestry, the body, energy, consciousness and everything that exists beyond what we can see. And I feel incredibly grateful that I get to bring all of that into the spaces I create.

But there’s also a whole person behind the healing work. A mum who loves music, dancing, laughing, adventure, good food and being a little ridiculous.

Whether you’ve been here for years, found me through UNBOUND, joined a healing or have only just stumbled across this page, I’m really glad you’re here.

The wildest part of healing?

Realising some of the things you’ve spent your whole life judging yourself for… actually make perfect sense when you understand where they came from.

The over-responsibility.
The guilt around rest.
The relationships that somehow keep following the same pattern.
The need to hold everything together.
Knowing something isn’t good for you, but still feeling unable to let it go.

We inherit so much more than eye colour and facial features.

We inherit beliefs.
Ways of relating.
Ways of surviving.
Unspoken family roles.
Patterns around love, safety, money, motherhood, worth, receiving.

And sometimes you can KNOW the pattern logically and still repeat it.

Because knowing where the wound is isn’t always the same as healing it.

That’s why ancestral healing goes deeper than simply asking:

“What’s wrong with me?”

It asks:

“Where did this begin?”

And sometimes the answer changes everything.

If this hit somewhere a little too close to home… you might be the one in your family who came here to do something differently.

This Sunday, we gather again. 🤍

And the timing of this one feels potent.

We’re coming out of eclipse season, with the equinox just two days later. That strange in-between space where so much may have shifted, surfaced or been stirred within you… but your body and energy are still catching up.

You might be feeling tired, emotional, unsettled, extra sensitive, disconnected, or simply not quite yourself.

So rather than pushing through it, this is an invitation to receive.

The Enlopians are a multidimensional healing collective I channel and work with through energy, frequency and light language.

I never completely know what will come through before we begin. I connect with the energy of the group and allow the healing to meet what is present within the collective.

You don’t need to know what you need.

You don’t need any experience with energy healing or light language.

Just somewhere comfortable to lie down, headphones in, and space to receive.

You start pulling on one thread… and suddenly you’re questioning everything you thought was “just who I am.” 😂

The people pleasing. The hyper-independence. The overthinking. The need to keep everyone happy. The parts of you that learned to anticipate, protect, perform or hold it all together.

And then comes the realisation…

Some of these patterns were never your personality. They were ways you learned to survive, belong and feel safe.

Some were learned.
Some were inherited.
And none of them have to define who you become.

There is so much of YOU underneath what you’ve had to carry.

And meeting that version of yourself?

That’s where things get really fu***ng beautiful.

Sunshine Coast, my home. 🤍

Two UNBOUND events. Two sold-out rooms.

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully express how grateful I am for the way this community has embraced UNBOUND.

Saturday was something special.

To every person who walked through those doors, thank you for trusting me to hold this space and, more importantly, for showing up for yourself.

Watching the room shift throughout those three hours the release, the emotion, the connection, the vulnerability, and then seeing everyone come alive by the end is something I’ll never take for granted.

UNBOUND was born here. And now, after two sold-out events in my own community, we’re getting ready to take it beyond the Sunshine Coast.

It feels pretty surreal. 🥹

Thank you for believing in this.
Thank you for being part of it.
And thank you for giving UNBOUND such a beautiful place to begin.

You’ve spent so much of your life being the one who holds it all together.

The one people lean on.
The one who keeps going.
The one who figures it out.
The one who says, “I’m fine.”

But when was the last time you allowed yourself to be the one who was held?

To not have the answers.
To not have to hold everything together.
To soften.
To receive.

You don’t always have to be the strong one.

Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more, trying harder or fixing another part of yourself.

Sometimes it’s allowing yourself to put some of what you’ve been carrying down.

To breathe.
To be supported.
To receive.

Maybe you don’t need another place where you have to show up as the strong one.

Maybe you need somewhere you don’t have to be strong at all. 🤍

Sunny Coast fam 🤍 UNBOUND is happening this Saturday.

Three hours to step out of everything you’re carrying, come back into your body and give yourself some space to just be, receive and let go.

We’ll be moving through ancestral healing, breathwork, embodiment, nervous system regulation, meditation, sound and multidimensional energy healing but honestly, UNBOUND is also about something bigger than healing.

It’s about remembering who you are underneath the patterns, conditioning and versions of yourself you’ve had to become along the way.

Come exactly as you are. You don’t need to share your story, you don’t need to know what you want to release, and you don’t need any experience with this kind of work.

We have a beautiful group coming together already and just a few spaces left in the room.

This will also be my last Sunshine Coast UNBOUND for a little while before I start taking it around Australia, so I’d absolutely love to have you there. 🤍
