Some experiences stay with you long after the retreat ends. 🤍

Not because of one big moment, but because of the conversations, the laughter, the unexpected connections, and the space to simply be present.

She Leads Well brought together women from different places and different journeys and somehow, for a little while, it felt like we had known each other much longer.

These are the moments we’ll remember. 🌿

This little video makes me smile every time I watch it. 💛

Our first She Leads Well Retreat in Bali was everything Jaya and I hoped it would be — a space where women could step away from the constant demands of work, leadership and life, and actually make some room for themselves.

There was learning and reflection, plenty of laughter, beautiful conversations, incredible experiences, a little luxury and pampering… and, perhaps most importantly, the chance to slow down enough to ask: What do I want the next chapter of my life and leadership to look like?

Watching this back reminds me just how special it was to see the connections that formed and the shifts that happened across the week. And I’m very excited to say we’re doing it again. 🌿✨
