WOW! These are to die for 🫶🏼
With only 4 ingredients this is a super simple and healthy treat to have on hand.
What you will need
1/2 cup of raw cashews (soak up to 4 hours)
1/2 cup of raspberries
1 cup dedicated coconut
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
1 -2 drops of lemon essential oil

Blend all ingredients together and roll into balls. Should make about 20 bite size balls 😍 Can keep up to 2 weeks in the freezer

Top uses for Lemon essential oil
1 drop in a glass of water to detox and energise the body
Drink or add with honey to soothe a sore throat
Put a few drops in the diffuser to create an awesome summer vibe throughout the house
Put a drop or two in your DIY house cleaner to disinfect and cleanse your household surfaces
Properties -
Anticancer, antidepressant, antiseptic, antifungal, antioxidant, antiviral, antistringent, invigorating, refreshing and tonic.

We slowly detoxed our lives when we first started using dōTERRA 9 years ago!
The first thing we did was throw out ALL of our perfume! We use essential oils to smell beautiful which in turn is supporting our bodies and emotions! Then from there, our medical cabinets, bathroom cabinet and cleaning cabinets!
Along the way we have met soo many people that want to do the same and it’s so nice building a community of like minded souls!!

🛁BATH TIME

There are so many beautiful essential oils you could add to a bath for relaxation, destressing, unwinding and preparing the body for sleep.

Add some Epsom salts to the bath to help disperse the essential oils and to have the added benefit of these salts. Epsom salts are ideal for relaxation and muscle rejuvenation too! What a great combo 🥰
Another option is a sq**rt of coconut oil 🥰

Lavender and Frankincense are both favourites because of their amazing relaxation qualities but also well known for their the yummy skin support.
Balance - is a blend of free oils. Tree oils are super grounding’ just like tree is grounded .. literally rooted into the earth, we love this blend for night time!

REMEMBER! Our skin is our BIGGEST organ, EVERYTHING we put on our bodies ends up in our bloodstream. Have you checked the ingredients of your body washes and soaps etc? What hidden toxins are there?
