Can you improve your eyesight in 3 minutes? ๐๏ธ
Andrew Huberman talked about this research on The Diary of a CEO. The study comes from Glen Jeffery's lab at University College London.
20 adults, aged up to 70, looked into a small torch of deep red light for 3 minutes, with one eye, between 8 and 9 in the morning. Tested 3 hours later, one measure of their colour vision was 17% better on average.
Then 6 more people did exactly the same thing at lunchtime, and nothing changed.
It was a small study. And please don't stare into a red light at home.
