The Pain Path (Part 2)
As pain persists there can be changes to the brain and nervous system that reinforces ideas of body perception and pain behaviour.

There is a path back to finding balance in day to day pain management!
🟢 Knowledge
🟢 Self discovery
🟢 Targeted rewiring
🟢 New neural pathways
🟢 A fresh perspective

It can be a long and difficult journey, however having the right people around you and appropriate activities can assist you in getting there.

Pain results from the total of all information given to the brain. This may include:

🟩 Past experiences
🟩 Expectations
🟩 Stress in all forms
🟩 Social outlets/connection
🟩 Trauma/memories
🟩 Mechanical irritation
🟩 Active self management

Whether the input to the brain is conscious or subconscious it adds to the proverbial pain bucket. This means that exploring the contributing factors to one's pain is an important step in management.
