Echoes of the Earth - Drumming circle

Come and join me beneath the sandstone overhang of King’s Cave for a morning of rhythm, nature and connection.

We’ll gather in the beauty of the bush, surrounded by ancient sandstone and the sounds of the birds, and let the drum bring us into connection with ourselves, each other and the land.

Connecting with the medicine of cacao, this is a time to slow down, ground and be present while exploring the voice and rhythm of your own drum. A beautiful women’s circle held in nature to simply listen, breathe and connect.

You don’t need to be an experienced drummer, all levels are welcome. Bring your own drum or rattle if you have one, or come simply as you are.

HER FIRST RHYTHM - COMING IN 2027

I’ve been dreaming up something very close to my heart, creating beautiful experiences that bring mothers and daughters together through connection, creativity, rhythm and celebration.

As an elder, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister, I know how precious these relationships are, and how quickly the years pass.

In 2027, I’ll be introducing two special offerings, each with its own purpose, but both centred around the beautiful bond between mother and daughter.

Daughter Drum Day
A playful, creative day for mothers and daughters to spend time together, daughters make a drum, share a picnic, play, laugh and create memories side by side.

Menarche Moon Drum
A mother & daughter rite of passage created to honour a girl’s first bleed and the transition into a new chapter with drum making, flower crowns, storytelling, ceremony, games, connection and celebration.

Two different experiences. One beautiful thread.

These are days gor mother and daughter to be present with each other and create something that becomes part of your story together.

8-WEEK YIN YOGA TERM - 7 October 2026

Join me at the beautiful Bush Studio, Faulconbridge for eight weeks of slow, nourishing Yin Yoga.

Beginning 7 October, we’ll move through the Six Directions, incorporating gentle movement, breathwork and the healing vibrations of a sound bath.

A space to slow down, soften the body, quieten the mind and reconnect with yourself.

There is something so beautiful about creating a space where the body can just soften and receive.

Chakra clearing and alignment is one of the ways I work with energy, bringing together Reiki, crystals, sound and intuitive energy work to help clear what feels heavy, restore balance and bring you back into yourself.

I don’t believe we always need to fix something. Sometimes we just need to slow down, breathe and give ourselves the space to reconnect.

Every session is different because every woman who comes through my space is different. Sometimes it’s grounding, sometimes releasing, sometimes simply having someone hold space for you while you come back to your centre.

Make a little time to pause, breathe, reset, and to come home to yourself.

Some moments don't need words.

Just two soul sisters, a waterfall, the heartbeat of the drum, birds singing, and dragonflies gently landing as if nature was joining the ceremony.

When we drum, we don't perform, we remember. The rhythm softens the mind and awakens something ancient within the soul, reminding us that we have always belonged to the Earth.

May we listen deeply, feel deeply, and never forget the medicine held within our rhythm.
