China town in Shanghai China, oh the irony

A beautiful reminder that
health is about living in harmony with nature.
I absolutely love how the Chinese connect the sun, moon, planets, compass directions, Qi, pulse and tongue to understand and treat the whole person.

This ancient wisdom is at the very heart of my training and aligns so beautifully with the way I practice, and what a great time to visit in a Fire Horse Year!

Exploring Tiananmen Square today in torrential rain! ☔🇨🇳 I loved seeing the hawthorn trees, traditionally used for heart health and digestion, persimmons symbolising good fortune and longevity, and juniper trees associated with protection and purification. 🌿 So much history, culture and yin yang significance.

A beautiful update from one of our families.

"Since starting the regime you recommended and making some changes, we have seen such an incredible improvement in our little one. He is calmer, happier and having far fewer meltdowns.
His interest in learning has taken off—he is wanting to spell everything and becoming excited about reading. His confidence, sense of humour and beautiful personality are shining through again.
I hadn’t realised how much of his personality had been hiding away until it started showing up again. It’s so amazing to see!"

This is why I love what I do—bringing together all my skills to support positive change and help each person thrive.

Cool and raining, it was the perfect time to have a "Herbalists" lunch and catch up on all things Herbal and Naturopathic. It was wonderful to spend quality time with like minded healers

No riders to launch into the sand tonight! 😂🐪 Just the camels knocking off for the day and taking a sunset stroll. Tough life Broome

Cable Beach really is as stunning as everyone says. Beautiful by day, breathtaking at sunset, and watching the camels wander along the shoreline was the perfect way to end another unforgettable day.

Goodbye, Kununurra... what an incredible time we've had! 💛

We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our final night than enjoying a Gourmet Camp Oven Experience. It's easy to see why it's been voted Australia's Best Tourist Dining Experience for 2026.

The menu was a feast for the senses, showcasing delicious Indigenous-inspired condiments and sauces, while our incredibly talented chef treated us to live guitar and singing under the stars.

From the breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable wildlife to the amazing people and unique experiences, Kununurra has truly captured our hearts. Until next time..
