🌕Full Moon Immersion | Monday 26th October

Join us for a special Full Moon Immersion at Frequency Lab, a space to slow down, release what no longer serves you and reconnect with yourself under the energy of the full moon.

Lie back in our sonic waterbeds and surrender to a deeply immersive journey of sound, vibration and brainwave entrainment lighting.

Your experience includes a 30-minute guided Chakra Balance meditation, followed by a 60-minute lunar sound journey with live instruments, light and vibration. Reiki is offered throughout, with organic tea to close the experience.

Two sessions available: 3pm & 6pm.

Create a Frequency Lab experience tailored to your group, for up to 10 people.

Choose from our signature sessions or create something completely bespoke, including extended 90-minute experiences, additional facilitators, Reiki and more.

Private group bookings are available Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with full-room private experiences also available outside these days and our regular timetable.
