Transformations like this is why I love this 👊🏼

So many guys get it wrong. They either chase the shred straight away and end up skinny fat, or ‘bulk’ with no plan and end up looking like a water buffalo.

Leon had a really good base to build something mad, and we just had to do it in the right order and methodically.

Here’s what we did:
➡️ PHASE 1 - Recomp. Dropped fat, added a little muscle and reset the starting point.
➡️ PHASE 2 - Build. Added size with a structured plan in place.
➡️ PHASE 3 - Shred. Stripped the fat and revealed the muscle we had built.
➡️ PHASE 4 - Grow while staying lean. A controlled surplus to keep adding size with minimal fat gain.
.the exciting thing is, we are just getting started! Leon mad work bro.

People get way to wound about this stuff.

Ofcourse you want friends to support you, but support isn’t defined by the liking of an instagram post or the sharing of a reel you made.

I have no doubt there are some people out there that don’t want you to succeed. Truth is, there are the same amount out there that likely do want you to succeed, and DOUBLE the amount that probably DGAF to be honest.

It’s what you focus on that matters. Focus on the negative, that’s what you will see…focus on the positive, that is also what you will see.

If your ’friends’ don’t like, share or engage with a post it isn’t going to impact the long term growth of your business or your personal brand…

If you’re meant to be something great, you will be..regardless of the 5 friends you’re pi**ed at for not liking your post.

You’re gonna do it anyway, don’t get wound up about things you can’t control.

Now go like my posts so don’t get upset 😉

Privileged enough to help a few hundred so far, but my goals have always been to impact thousands

Truth is… most guys can probably manage fat loss but not many can keep it off and grow the muscle.

Growing muscle is hard, growing muscle and staying lean is harder, which is exactly what I help guys do.

You have the time. You deserve the change. And we provide all the support you need.

Question is…do you back yourself to achieve the goal?

Morse pecs is actually the best way to communicate in difficult situations 🤓

YES, LOAD IS AN IMPORTANT VARIABLE TO INCREASE OVER TIME TO GROW MUSCLE.

BUT..

You need to earn the weight guys, truly.

Think of it like this, your brain does all the mathing, the number crunching, the understanding of what weight are on the stack..that’s why load progressions are common because they are easy to measure.

Your muscles however, respond to how hard the movement is, the stimulus they are exposed to, they don’t give a f**k about the numbers.

Take the example in the video - the hack squat.

The goal here is simple ➡️ stimulate the s**t out of the quads. To achieve this you need to brace the core, stabilise the hips, and achieve as much knee flexion as possible to place as much emphasis on the quads as possible.

Far too many guys will compromise this for the sake of moving more weight. Many guys adopt a poor foot position, go into back flexion and extension at the bottom of the movement, and bounce out of the lengthened position like they are on a fking trampoline.

Whilst you are moving more weight, you have potentially reduced the tension being placed on the quads and the over all stimulus, not to mention risking injury.

Again, for the ones who didn’t get the memo. YES - load is important and should be progressed over time, just not at the detriment of other variables IMO.

Protein matters.. but you only need so much.

There’s alot of noise out there, but the truth is 1.6 - 2.2 grams per kilogram of body weight for most people will suffice.

For enhanced individuals, or those with competitive goals who are likely moving more, and training + dieting harder, your demands will likely be higher. You may be shooting for a range anywhere between 2.2 -2.6 grams.

However when we are talking about performance Carbohydrates should be your best friend ✅

You don’t NEED protein in every meal - ideally you just want be having a decent serving of protein (30+ grams) spread evenly throughout the day.

A pre and post workout meal is a prime example of where you may wish to prioritise carbohydrates over protein, fats and fibre.

A lot of guys make these mistakes, and have no plan when it comes to growing muscle. They lose fat easy but struggle with the rest.

I grow all my guys using my MED method. We do the planning, we build the structure, we provide the training. You just need to execute.

KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.

3 attachments, 3 different areas to bias.

Main things I want you to focus on here:

Keep your ribcage stacked ✅
Drive your elbows back and down ✅
Drive your legs into the pad & brace core ✅
Don’t exaggerate the tilting of the torso ❌
