That 3 pm energy crash might be giving you a clue. โ๏ธ
You start the day well enough. You grab a coffee and toast, get on with work, and have a quick, light meal. Then mid-afternoon arrives.
Your concentration dips. You start thinking about chocolate, biscuits or another coffee. And by the time you finish work, you have very little energy left for yourself.
Sound familiar?
Before blaming your willpower, take a closer look at how you're starting your day.
You don't need to overhaul your entire diet to start noticing patterns. Begin by paying attention to what you eat, how satisfied you feel afterwards, and when your energy starts to dip.
๐ฟ Your body gives you clues throughout the day. Learning to recognise them is the first step towards knowing what to change.
Tell me: are you usually reaching for another coffee by 3 pm, or do you manage to keep your energy going?
