This week, we'd like to introduce one of the friendly faces behind Link, Majith! 👋

Since joining our team, Majith has quickly become a valued and reliable member of the Link family. His positive attitude, willingness to help, and dedication to supporting both participants and colleagues make him a pleasure to work alongside each day. Whether he's lending a hand, brightening someone's day with a smile, or going the extra mile to ensure the best outcomes for our participants, Majith consistently demonstrates the values that make Link such a special place.

What do you like most about working at Link?
I like helping people in need and building connections with people.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?
Watching Football, watching the news and spending time with family.

Spicy rice or ice-cream on a hot summer day.

🐟✨ BIG NEWS FROM THE OFFICE! ✨🐟
It looks like our workplace has grown a little... and no, we're not talking about new staff! 😄
Kod Kardashian and Flash have presented us with some adorable baby fish this morning🐠💙 Our fish tank has been full of excitement as we discovered these tiny new arrivals swimming around and making themselves at home. (We have had to purchase a new tank just for the babies, all 15 of them)
Safe to say they've already become the office celebrities, drawing plenty of attention and smiles throughout the day. We can't wait to watch them grow and see just how many little personalities emerge!

🌧️☔ Rainy Days Done Right! ☔🌧️

The rain may be falling outside, but that doesn't stop the fun at Link! 💙

Rainy days are the perfect opportunity to slow down, get creative, and enjoy quality time together. Whether it's arts and crafts, board games, baking, movies, or simply sharing a laugh, there's always a way to brighten the day.

They're also a great reminder to make that call. Reach out to a friend, a family member, or someone you haven't spoken to in a while. A simple conversation can make all the difference and might just brighten someone else's rainy day too. ☎️💙

No matter the weather, it's the connections we make and the memories we create that matter most.

Good morning! 🌞

It's that time for you to meet another one of our caring staff members!
Meet Ashley, lets get to know her...

What do you like most about working at Link?
Meeting new people, building relationships and working with the participants. I love hearing their stories and seeing the different ways they think, learn and experience the world. I also love the diversity at Link and how everyone comes together to care for and support others.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?
I love family BBQs, camping, travelling and spending time with my five children. Music is a huge part of my life, especially country music! I also love the outdoors, collecting elephant and anything beach-themed, and one day I’d love to visit London. My favourite colour is green, and I make a pretty good cupcake too! 🧁

What is your favourite meal to make/order?
My favourite meal to make is chow mein, although I also love making creamy chicken curry and cottage pie. When eating out, you can’t beat a good pub steak sandwich or chicken schnitzel with Camembert, avocado and hollandaise!
