A few hills I’ll happily die on as an aesthetic nurse. 🤍

In an industry that can sometimes feel driven by trends, quick fixes and more-is-more approaches, I think it’s important to come back to what actually matters.

Healthy skin. Thoughtful treatment plans. Thorough consultations. Evidence-based practice. And understanding that sometimes, doing less is the best thing you can do.

I don’t believe in treating everyone the same, chasing every new trend or making you look like someone else.

I believe in understanding your skin, respecting your anatomy and taking a considered approach to helping you feel confident in it.

Because good aesthetics isn’t just about what we can do. It’s knowing what we should do, too.
