We can teach skills. We can provide training. We can help someone grow into a great Support Worker.

But there are some things we can't teach.

Kindness. Reliability. Integrity. Genuine care for other people.

Those are the things we value most at Keystone.

We're looking for Support Workers across the Latrobe Valley, and we have shifts ready and waiting for the right people.

For Kiara, it was feeling welcomed, supported and comfortable asking questions from day one.

That matters to us.

We expect our Support Workers to provide genuinely great support to our participants — and in return, we want them to know they have a team behind them.

We're growing and looking for Support Workers across the Latrobe Valley who share our values.

Experience is great. But we're also looking for the things that are harder to teach — kindness, reliability, respect and genuine care for people.
