I feel super excited and a little bit nervous (a bit like letting go of the ropes on that giant swing in Bali), that I am ready to share my new ebook...Grow Up Before You Grow Old, Life Lessons of a Recovering People Pleaser.
The book shares 11 steps of self-discovery that can help you outgrow your good girl conditioning and see you transform pleasing and pain into pleasure and purpose!
After inviting feedback in my creative process from women interested in reading it, I have decided to release the book one chapter at a time and to accompany the release of each with a live zoom call where we can come together to explore and discuss the content.
The Introduction is ready to rock and roll and to be shared 🙌👏😀
