Hello gorgeous Souls.I am back in my rooms next week.I felt this 2 month adventure would change me but I didn't expect it to be so subtle.The feeling of peace and surrender I feel wasn't expected. The most special memories wasn't the Castle we slept in or the tourist towns,it was off the beaten track moments.Jumping fences to find standing stones or tombs in Devon.It was finding a Den and having to walk down steep narrow steps behind a graveyard to discover the most magical place where the energy just made me stand still.It was walking in Dartmoor national park and connecting with the huge rocks and having wild horses come close.Connectiing with this land that I knew was ancestral but also I had been here before and feeling a sense of belonging.
This is what i bring to my life now.This is what I bring to my session with you. A reconnection to that old wisdom. A slowing down and reminding you that you are not broken and dont need fixing. So excited to get back into it and help you find more peace,grace and happiness.

🌿 A NEW CHAPTER — MY UPDATED WORKING HOURS 🌿
After returning from my 2 month dream holiday, I’ve come home with a renewed perspective on life, energy and what truly matters. 💚
I realised just how much of my own energy I give to helping, supporting and holding space for others. It’s something I love deeply, and I feel incredibly privileged to do the work that I do. But I’ve also realised that to continue showing up for others, I need to make more space for myself.
It’s time for a little more balance. ✨
More time outdoors, walking amongst the trees and reconnecting with nature. 🌳
More time in my garden, slowing down and enjoying the simple things. 🌸
More precious moments with my grandchildren, making memories that matter most. ❤️
And more time to nurture my own energy, because healing and caring for ourselves is just as important as caring for others.
This isn’t about stepping away from the work I love. It’s about creating a healthier balance so I can continue supporting my beautiful clients while honouring my own needs, too.
With this in mind, I’ll be moving to new working hours.
🌿 MY NEW APPOINTMENT HOURS
✨ Tuesday: 10 am – 6 pm
✨ Wednesday: 10 am – 6 pm
✨ Thursday: 10 am – 6 pm
✨ Every second Saturday: 10 am – 1 pm
I’m embracing this next chapter with gratitude, intention and a commitment to living what I teach — honouring my energy, setting healthy boundaries and making space for the things that nourish my soul.
Sometimes we need to pause, step away and reconnect with ourselves to remember what truly matters.
You can’t pour from an empty cup. 💗
