Every day I wake up and feel so grateful that I have created a life exactly like this.

Whether it's running retreats for AMAZING INSPIRATIONAL WOMEN

Or supporting them in our online containers
or

Doing my support work where I get to hang out and socialise with my clients to assist with their mental health or social skills.

I LOVE all parts of my "job"

I feel on purpose
I feel aligned
I feel empowered

We had so much fun stopping and being present in nature. Learning and growing and having FUN.

An aligned woman can say No

A huge week - city walks, podcasting, lunching, breakfast & dinner

networking

AND a very sick kiddo with croup

Alarm went off this morning for hot Pilates

You may remember my tennis match post a little while back?

This time my whisper & my body said "no"

I woke naturally an hour later & realised because I didn't go to Pilates I could make KunYin class!!

I had the most incredible expansive & opening class. I felt like so was floating on a cloud afterwards. ☁️

40 minutes of listening to my body

Replacing bad habits with good ones!

I have slowly over time found myself back in the scroll hole in the evenings after the kids are in bed.

It's soooo unproductive but for some reason we keep going back there.

Time and time and time again.

I decided something had to change. I knew I needed something more enticing or exciting to do with my time so I found some good books.

Real books with pages and everything!

I have found it so much easier now that I have something to turn to instead of my phone.
