Together, we release your resistances through coaching and energy work and open all the doors to growth and freedom. My own transformation has been massive, so I combine life experience with healing, practical methods, and accountability. I walk my talk by using the same processes myself and sharing my results. This, in turn, inspires people into taking action themselves. I am empowering but not overbearing, a healer without the woo-woo, and fun but not flaky. You are not broken, and you do not need fixing. We enter this world pure and whole.🌟

Then things happen to us....
not nice things...
that change us.

And we feel incomplete.
Worthless.
Resentful.
Angry.
Sad.

And we fill this void with superficial s**t because it's easier.
Or we smother it all with alcohol or drugs.
Or we hide from it in fiction books or movies or tv or worse -
hide from it in other people's misery.

The journey back is amazing! 💫

Painful, because you have to face and release your emotions but release you will.

It is so freeing!! 🦋

It is not an easy journey, by any means, but it is so worth it!

The value...
the love....
self-acceptance..
freedom! ...
has no price tag because it is priceless!

Sometimes our biggest business challenges aren't about what we know.
They're about what we believe.

Take visibility, for example.
You might know that sharing your services regularly helps people discover you.

But if part of you believes that promoting yourself is pushy, you may find yourself avoiding it.

Or perhaps you'd love to increase your prices, but immediately start worrying about what your clients will think.

These beliefs aren't necessarily facts.
They're thoughts and assumptions worth exploring.

Imagine if doctors and nurses believed there were already too many of them.

Imagine if they saw another doctor opening a practice or another nurse entering the profession as competition.

Sounds ridiculous, doesn't it?

Yet sometimes, that's exactly what happens in the wellness industry.

We talk about abundance, energy, connection and raising consciousness, yet scarcity thinking can creep into our own businesses.

We worry about someone offering the same services or compare ourselves to other practitioners and even wonder whether there are enough clients to go around.

But here's a thought…
If the world needs more doctors and nurses, why wouldn't it need more healers, coaches and wellness practitioners too?

We all bring something different. Our experiences, personalities, approaches and connections are unique. And the person who resonates with one practitioner may not resonate with another.

That's not competition. That's choice.

Imagine what could happen if we celebrated each other's successes, referred clients to one another and worked together to make wellbeing more accessible. Because surely our shared purpose is bigger than any one business?

Of course, we all need to earn a living. Abundance doesn't mean ignoring the realities of running a business. But someone else's success doesn't have to come at the expense of our own.

There's room for collaboration, community AND thriving businesses.

And perhaps the greatest healing we can bring to our industry is moving from competition to connection. 🫶

STARTING THE DAY with a POSITIVE intention can influence your whole entire day.

Words we say vibrate out into the Universe and it is already done.🙏

At the very least, your brain hears it and thinks it has to make it happen. In other words, your subconscious keeps looking for ways to make it real. So even while you are consciously doing other things, your subconscious is seeking opportunities for you.

Think about what is it you want to bring each day, and intend for it to happen. ✨️
