Recently, some of you would have received a little sample pack from me containing **Lavender Peace, Lemon, Shinrin-Yoku™ Forest Bathing Blend** and a little sachet of **Ice Blue Rub**. 💜🍋🌲

I wanted to give you a few simple ways to actually USE your samples — because there’s no point having beautiful oils sitting in the cupboard wondering what on earth to do with them! 😂

💜 **LAVENDER PEACE**
This one has become part of my own bedtime routine. Its beautiful calming aroma is perfect when you're winding down after a long day.

Try **2 drops in the palms of your hands**, rub them together, cup your hands near your nose and breathe in deeply. You can then rub the remaining oil onto your chest.

Got a diffuser? Add around **4 drops** and let that beautiful relaxing aroma fill the room while you're getting ready for bed.

🍋 **LEMON**
Fresh, clean and uplifting — Lemon is one of those oils that just makes the house smell GOOD.

Add a couple of drops to your diffuser in the morning for a bright, fresh aroma that's perfect when you're trying to get yourself — and everyone else — moving for the day. 😂

If you'd like to try Lemon internally, make sure your particular product is labelled for internal use and follow the directions on the bottle. I personally love adding a drop to my water.

🌲 **SHINRIN-YOKU™ – FOREST BATHING BLEND**
You know that feeling when you walk through the bush, breathe in deeply and think, *yep… I needed this*?

That's the inspiration behind Shinrin-Yoku. 🌿

Add a couple of drops to your diffuser when you want to create a peaceful, grounding atmosphere, or place a drop or two in your palms, rub them together and inhale the aroma when you need a quiet moment during a busy day.

💙 **ICE BLUE RUB**
And this little beauty is one of my favourites after a big day!

Ice Blue Rub can be massaged into areas that need some extra TLC. Apply a small amount to the desired area and massage it in — perfect to have handy after exercise, physical work or one of those days when you've been running around like a mad woman. 😂
