Escape Assistance Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, caring and compassionate Support Worker to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and wants to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
✨ What we’re looking for:
• Previous support work or disability experience preferred, but not essential
• Caring, patient and respectful
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Great communication and people skills
• Comfortable supporting people with a range of needs
• Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current WWCC and Police Check, or willing to obtain
• First Aid & CPR preferred
🌿 The role may include:
• Assisting clients with everyday activities
• Community access and social activities
• Helping clients maintain their independence
• Assistance with household tasks
• Supporting clients to work towards their individual goals
• Providing companionship and meaningful support
📍 Work is based across Newcastle & Lake Macquarie, with clients generally within approximately 45km of Wallsend.
🕐 Hours: Flexible hours available, with the opportunity for more work for the right person.

Escape Assistance Solutions is looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our team!
We have a position available for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable and enjoys helping people maintain a clean and comfortable home.
✨ What we’re looking for:
• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not essential
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Great communication skills
• Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
• Willing to obtain/hold a current WWCC, Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
📍 Work is based across Newcastle & Lake Macquarie, with jobs generally within approximately 45km of Wallsend.
🕐 Hours: Starting at approximately 15 hours per week, with the potential for more hours for the right person.
