Chakra Meditation + Sound Bath to restore balance and harmony during Libra Season ⚖️

Join us for a deeply restorative chakra meditation, weaving together soothing crystal bowl sounds, guided visualisation and intention to restore balance, cultivate clarity and harmonise your energetic field.

Through the gentle resonance of sound and the colours of the chakra system, we will journey through nine energy centres, from the grounding embrace of the Earth Star and Root Chakras to the expansive wisdom of the Crown and Soul Star Chakras.

✨ Our journey through the chakras:

🤎 Earth Star Chakra — deep grounding and connection to the Earth
🔴 Root Chakra — safety, belonging and stability
🟠 Sacral Chakra — creativity, pleasure and emotional flow
🟡 Solar Plexus Chakra — confidence, courage and personal power
💚 Heart Chakra — love, forgiveness, compassion and harmony
🔵 Throat Chakra — truth, authentic expression and integrity
🟣 Third Eye Chakra — intuition, insight and inner vision
💜 Crown Chakra — divine connection, trust and oneness
🤍 Soul Star Chakra — connection to soul wisdom and higher consciousness

🌈 As our meditation comes to a close, imagine a rainbow of colour weaving through your aura, bringing a sense of wholeness and alignment — harmonising you with the grounding energy of the Earth and the expansive energy of the Sky.

Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing 1-hour guided meditation and sound bath, where the healing vibrations of Australian Quartz crystal singing bowls will carry you on a journey inward.

Like the earth awakening from its winter slumber, this is an invitation to soften and make space for new beginnings.

Learn Reiki ✨ I’m opening Expressions of Interest for Usui Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) with me at Saltwater Studio, Wamberal.

This is for anyone who feels called to deepen their journey with Reiki.

💫 It will run over a 2 day training weekend - You will receive your Level 1 attunement & certification, and a comprehensive training manual. You will also receive hands on experience on how to give a full body Reiki Treatment to yourself & to others.

💫 Cost: $300 (payment plans available).
