Soul Awakening… off duty 🥂✨

Julie & I don’t just love creating and holding our Soul Awakening sessions together — we actually quite like socialising together too! 😂🥰

Behind the breathwork, sound healing, planning and setting up is a beautiful friendship, plenty of laughs and, every now and then, a well-derserved catch up together.

We feel very lucky that Soul Awakening has grown from two friends who share the same passion for helping others… and who genuinely enjoy doing life together too. 💜

Here’s to friendship, connection, laughter and doing what you love with someone you love doing it with. ✨

😊 I’m very excited to share something that means a lot to me…

I’ve recently completed my training and have been accepted as a volunteer, supporting children and families affected by cancer. 🥰

This September, I’ll also be taking part in a charity walk to help raise funds to support children and their families 🏃‍♀️
