One of our participants was confident she could get the perfect score on Boney M.’s Rasputin, and that was all it took to bring out our Mentor’s competitive streak! 👀🔥

From mini golf to BBQs in the park, our Teen Social Group made the most of the holidays with plenty of laughs, good times, new memories and opportunities to make new friends! 💛😎

After our recent trip to the art gallery, we were inspired to make some zines of our own!

It was a great chance to get creative, share ideas, try something different and have a few laughs together. Activities like this can be such a simple way for young people to build confidence, express themselves and feel more comfortable connecting with others.

Our teen social programs are designed to provide a welcoming, supportive space where teens can be themselves, meet others, build confidence and create meaningful friendships. All while enjoying fun activities and getting out into the community! ✨

🎳 A little friendly competition, a lot of cheering each other on!

Our teen social group had a great time hitting the lanes for some 10-pin bowling. Whether they were celebrating a strike, laughing at a gutter ball, or encouraging each other to have another go, it was all about having fun together and building connections.

It’s the little moments like meeting new people, sharing a laugh and feeling part of a group that make our social sessions so important. 💙

Movie night was a hit with our teen social group! 🎬🍿

We watched Mulan, enjoyed plenty of snacks, laughs and some questionable singing along. 😂

Turns out we’re not quite ready to fight the Huns… but we are VERY ready for more movie nights! 🥳

Movie nights are a great way for the teens to relax, connect and spend time together in a fun, low-pressure setting. Building friendships and creating those little moments and memories that bring people closer. ❤️

🎨 Teenagers actually enjoying art?! We have photographic evidence. 😂💀

This past weekend, our girls social group headed to the art gallery for a little Eye Spy Bingo. Because apparently, the secret to getting teenagers interested in art is turning it into a competition! 😉

We searched high and low, wandered from painting to painting, and kept our eyes peeled for everything on our bingo cards. There was plenty of “I found one!” and “Wait… is that actually what I think it is?” 😂

Between the interesting interpretations and great conversations, we ended up with plenty of laughs and maybe even a little more appreciation for the arts.

And somewhere along the way... they actually stopped to look at the art! 👀🎨

We’re all about creating opportunities for our girls to try something new, step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, and realize that even the things they think they won’t enjoy can turn into some pretty great memories. 💜
