🧠 National Stroke Week | Know the Signs. Be a F.A.S.T. Hero!

A stroke can happen to anyone, at any time. Recognising the signs early and acting quickly could save a life.
Remember FAST:

🟡 F – Face: Has their face drooped? Ask them to smile.
🔵 A – Arms: Can they lift both arms, or is one arm weak or numb?
🟢 S – Speech: Is their speech slurred or difficult to understand?
🔴 T – Time: If you notice any of these signs, call 000 immediately.

Every minute counts. The faster a person receives medical treatment, the greater their chance of recovery and reducing long-term disability.

This National Stroke Week, take a moment to learn the signs, share this message, and help spread awareness. You never know whose life you could help save.
