This product is Natural Eggshell Membrane (NEM). The research supports its use for joint and arthritis pain. I’ve been using it for arthritis pain that I’ve had for about 2 years. Butter…. I discovered an interesting thing about Coles brand butter today. The Coles Australian butter is made in Australia and the Coles Simply butter is made in NZ. Both are fine as both country’s cows will be grass fed. Another interesting thing… the NZ one is cheaper. 🤷🏽‍♀️.

Classes are starting in Yarraville in February and if you’re local, I recommend giving it a try.
