Taking 45 minutes to breathe

Today on my lunch break I slipped into the beautiful salt room at Buoyant Sea … and honestly, this is your reminder that self-care doesn’t have to be extravagant — it just has to be intentional.

Lying back, magazine in hand, surrounded by mineral salts… allowing my nervous system to slow down, my lungs to open, and my skin to soak up that salty goodness.

As the founder of Forest Remedy, I truly believe that skincare isn’t just what you put on your skin — it’s how you care for your whole body.

Rest reduces inflammation
Salt therapy supports skin conditions and respiratory health
Slowing down balances hormones and stress
And 45 minutes offline can change your whole day

We can’t pour into our families, our busy lives, or our businesses from an empty cup.

If you’re in Warragul, I highly recommend booking yourself a session at Buoyant Sea.

The secret is in the infusion.

We just finished restocking our frankincense infused oil, and I wanted to show you exactly what goes into it.

We start with raw Frankincense resin—known for centuries for its ability to heal and rejuvenate skin cells. But we don’t just drop it in; we infuse it slowly into a base of Jojoba and Castor oil.

Why this blend?
✨ Jojoba:
Mimics your skin’s natural sebum, so it hydrates without clogging pores.
✨ Castor:
Penetrates deep to lock in moisture.
✨ Frankincense:
The heavy lifter for anti-aging and repair.

This blend is the key ingredient in our Tallow Restore Balm and the Skin Repair Serum.

You can find it online forestremedy.shop
