If you’ve been following me for some time, you would know that I started with crystals.
That was the first thing that made me want to understand how energy actually works, and it led me to Reiki.
Feng shui had interested me since I was a teenager, but I studied it properly for a practical reason. I was supporting people’s physical and spiritual energy on the table, and they were going home to spaces that were working against them. If the environment is off, the Reiki doesn’t hold the way it should. So I learned to read the space as well as the person.
From there I kept going, because feng shui sits inside a much larger body of knowledge. Qigong, which is a branch of the same medicine in its own right — movement, breath and attention, used for centuries to build and circulate vital energy. Gongfu tea, which is a long study of its own and not the drink people assume.
Then the timing side — BaZi and date selection — because someone can be well supported and in the right space, and still be pushing against a stretch of time that was never going to favour it.
Every one of those studies has energy threading through it. That is the common substance — in a body, in a room, in a year. Different names, different methods, same subject.
And none of it runs in a straight line. The elements turn. The seasons turn. A life moves in long stretches that come round again.
Which is what brought me to Druidry. A nature-based path rooted in the lands my family came from, built on exactly that way of living. The same shape, closer to home.
If you’re new here, welcome. Everything we offer is energy work in one form or another: for the body, the space, the timing 🌳
