🧟‍♀️🎢 No tricks, just treats!

The Saturday Social Group headed to Luna Park for its Halloween celebrations and had a frightfully good time! Between the rides, costumes, spooky attractions, and plenty of laughs, the day was full of fun and adventure.

We survived the scares, conquered the rides, and made some wonderful memories together! 🎃🖤👻

🏆🎳 WE DID IT... C2A TAKES OUT 1ST PLACE AT BOWLOPOLIS! 🎳🏆

What an amazing achievement! Our C2A bowlers had an absolute blast competing in this year's Bowlopolis Competition, and we're thrilled to share that we came home with 1st place! 🥇🎉

Bowling has quickly become one of our participants' all-time favourite activities. The excitement, friendly competition, social connections and sense of achievement keep everyone coming back for more. In fact, it's become so popular that we now run bowling three days each week to make sure everyone who wants to join in gets the opportunity to hit the lanes! 🎳💙

The smiles, cheers and celebrations we see each week remind us why these community activities are so important. Seeing our participants build confidence, friendships and skills while having so much fun is what it's all about.

A huge shout out to Phillip Island Tenpin Bowling & entertainment centre for their ongoing support and encouragement. Your welcoming atmosphere and commitment to our participants help make these experiences possible, and we truly appreciate everything you do. 🙌

Congratulations to all our bowlers on an incredible result. We are so proud of each and every one of you! 💙🏆

The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, and we would like to extend a huge thank you to the team at The Funky Farm. Your kindness, patience, inclusiveness, and genuine care made everyone feel welcome and ensured the day was enjoyable for all. 🥰

🌟💰 Michelle is a Natural Behind the Till! 💰🌟

Yesterday at the Op Shop, Michelle has been busy building her customer service and retail skills by learning how to use the till. Not only has she been doing a fantastic job, but her bubbly personality and positive attitude have also been shining through! Michelle received many compliments from customers throughout the morning for her friendly nature and welcoming smile.

Learning new skills, building confidence, and creating positive community connections are all part of the journey, and Michelle is absolutely thriving! We love seeing our participants develop new abilities while contributing to their local community. 😊👏

Well done, Michelle, we're so proud of you! 💙✨

🌱💚 Environmental Defenders in Action! 💚🌱

A huge shout out to our amazing Environmental Defenders group who teamed up yesterday with Kate from Phillip Island Nature Parks to support local Landcare projects! 🌿🐨

With plenty of teamwork, laughs, and a lot of determination, the group worked together to assemble an incredible 1000 tree guards to help protect young native plants as they grow. 🌱🛡️

These tree guards will play an important role in helping local revegetation projects thrive, creating healthier habitats for wildlife and a greener future for our community. 🌏✨

We're so proud of everyone's hard work, commitment, and can-do attitude. It was fantastic to see the group making such a meaningful contribution to the environment while learning new skills and giving back to the community.

Well done everyone, and thank you to Kate and the team at Phillip Island Nature Parks for the opportunity! 👏🌿💚
