Reflexology, Massage & Reiki in the peaceful grounds of my home - hence The Oasis :)
By appt: Thurs, Fri & Sat
All treatments: 30 mins $50; 60 mins $70; 90 mins $100. Oasis: not just a green spot in the desert but also a pleasant, restful time in our everyday lives. The Oasis Woolgoolga is where you can take time out from the conflicting demands upon your mind and body and in the process restore your soul. Choose from:
Reflexology, where reflex areas on the feet are stimulated with the thumbs and fingers to promote the body's natural healing response
Swedish Massage, where long light strokes calm the mind and relieve tense muscles
Reiki, where the therapist places their hands gently on or just above the body to allow the energy which surrounds us to clear and increase the body's own flow of energy. (Click on Photos at top of page then you'll see Albums next to it)

So grateful to have our lovely beaches and bush nearby to get my daily dose of Earthing.

Just 30 minutes a day walking barefoot or lying on natural surfaces will help reconnect you to the grounding energy of our planet 🌏

Earthing (aka Grounding) has been shown to improve mood and sleep, lower blood pressure and reduce muscular aches and pains - and it couldn't be simpler 👣 🏖 🌿
