Soothe and relax tired eyes, release facial tension and return to state of calm using Hanako's Aromatherapy eye pillow. 🤍

When to use:

〰️ Place over the eyes when going off to sleep. The light pressure of the eye pillow helps to stimulate the vagus nerve which then helps to calm and lower the heart rate and encourages rest and digest phase bringing a sense of deep relaxation.
