I am super excited to announce that I'm
am opening a limited number of coaching sessions for women who are ready to explore what they truly desire, how they want to feel and what might be getting in the way.

I am currently completing my VITA Love, S*x & Relationship Coaching Certification with Layla Martin.

I am offering the first 3 sessions completely FREE.

This is an opportunity to have some dedicated space to explore what is really going on underneath the surface.

What do you really want?
How do you want to feel?
What do you want to experience more of?
And what might be getting in the way?

My work is somatic-based and trauma-informed, bringing together the Mind, Body & Pleasure to explore what is possible.

It is about bridging the gap between what you know in your mind and what you are actually experiencing in your body and the pleasure you truly desire.

After the 3 complimentary sessions, there will be an opportunity to continue working together at a significantly discounted rate while I complete my training.

Sessions are held online via Zoom.

As part of my training, I will also ask you to provide honest feedback about your experience. I may also invite you to share a testimonial about your experience working with me, should you feel comfortable doing so.

Crazy to think it's been 3 yrs since the Yoni Massage PUR Upskill Retreat.

I stood in front of willing men who witnessed me in my terra, shame and self-destruction.

I bared all to these men, LITERALLY in an afternoon ritual. Thankfully, I was surrounded by my yoni sisters.

Looking back, I don't recognise myself. Had no idea what I was getting myself into or the impact and ripple effect this one afternoon ritual at a 5-day retreat would have on me and my entire future.

Looking at the photos, I whisper to myself and energetically reach out to hold that younger me and say, baby girl...

You will never believe...
What comes next.
The deeply transformative adventure you just started.
How good life gets.
That your heart starts to soften.
That you know and cultivate internal inner peace.
That you will, in fact, start to love and accept yourself and your body.
You start to love your big Greek hair.
That you actually start to have fun and enjoy your life.
That you learn how to move through depression, grief and addictions.
You learn that No is a full sentence.
Boundaries actually become a big thing for you and you start to realise who deserves a seat at your table.
You will be holding space for others.
That you'll be someone else's beacon of light in their darkest times.
That you start to create a boujee luxurious lifestyle where you get to choose your path ahead.
You will become a Certified VITA Love, S*x, and Relationship Coach with Layla Martin.
That glow you noticed in your fellow practitioners that you were so deeply drawn to like a magnet, that's actually a glow you start to cultivate yourself.

Facing your terra, grief, shame and depression is not going to be easy, but baby girl, it eventually becomes a little easier each time you show up and do the work.

Oh, and the best bit is you start to go on these epic adventures wearing whatever the f**k you want with your fav red lipstick with sequins and sparkles and have a blast without needing approval.

Baby girl, life's just starting.
You've got this.
