WHAT YOU’LL DO

✅ Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR documentation.

✅ Receive, monitor, and coordinate incoming and outgoing calls.
✅ Ensure customer queries and escalations receive timely follow-up.

✅ Track service quality and performance KPIs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR/Admin, Customer Care or Operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Good command of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• An organised approach, attention to detail, and ownership of responsibilities.

⭐ Team supervision or customer service coordination experience is a plus.
