After 12 years of dedicated service with Baraka Group, we bid farewell to Mr. Sheikh Salah Uddin, Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts, as he moves forward to pursue his professional development and academic goals.

Since joining Baraka Group in 2014, Mr. Salah Uddin has been a valued member of our organization, contributing with dedication, professionalism, and commitment throughout his journey with us.

A day of growth, grit, and great perspectives! 🚌✨

What happens when you take our Mid-Senior Leadership team of the corporate office out of the office and into a new environment? Growth happens. 📈

We recently hosted a daylong leadership tour at Matir Maya Eco Resort, Gazipur, but it wasn't just about the sights. It was about Radical Candor. Our leaders spent the day engaging in a deep-dive feedback exchange, looking at their performance through a SWOT analysis lens:

🔍 Blind Spots: The most "eye-opening" part—seeing ourselves through the eyes of our peers to bridge the gap between intent and impact.
