𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿: Medico Marketing
Labaid Limited, one of Bangladesh’s leading healthcare organizations, is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as Manager – Medico Marketing for Reference Lab.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡︎ Develop and execute medico-marketing strategies to strengthen Reference Lab’s presence among physicians, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics and referral networks.
➡︎ Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, consultants and key healthcare stakeholders to drive physician engagement, referrals and business growth.
➡︎ Identify market opportunities, analyze competitor activities and market trends, and develop initiatives to increase diagnostic service utilization and revenue.
➡︎ Lead and monitor medico-marketing activities across branches and territories, ensuring effective ex*****on and achievement of business objectives.
➡︎ Plan and coordinate CME programs, medical seminars, scientific events, physician engagement programs and other healthcare-focused promotional activities.
➡︎ Train, coach and develop the Marketing & Sales team on medico-marketing strategies, service knowledge, physician engagement, communication skills and effective field ex*****on.
➡︎ Monitor team performance, provide guidance and feedback, and prepare regular performance reports and actionable market insights for management.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
✔︎ MBBS degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
✔︎ MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
▪︎ Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably in the healthcare, diagnostic, pharmaceutical or hospital industry.
▪︎ Experience in doctor engagement, medico marketing, healthcare business development or referral marketing will be highly preferred.
▪︎ Candidates with proven experience in leading or managing a medico-marketing team will have an added advantage.
▪︎ Willingness to travel as required for business and field activities.
▪︎ Strong networking capability with physicians and healthcare professionals.
