Join me this January on Monday nights for the start of our new offering: Mindfulness Mentor Groups! This 4 week, 90 min virtual group will be on Monday nights at 8p Eastern/6p Mountain. I’ll be taking up to 10 mentees that are looking to take a deeper dive into mindfulness meditation practice on the cushion and in other aspects of life. This will help you cultivate living with more intention and come more into alignment with your inner world.
Group starts on Jan 5th and will end on Jan 26th. $60 will cover all 4 sessions as well as some add ons :)
Send me a DM or comment below for more info. Tag a friend who might want to join too! Hope to connect!

Hey friends, the last Men’s Mindfulness Meditation Group of the year will be tomorrow night, 12.8.25, at 8p Eastern/6p Mountain. Come join me or tell a friend to come join. We’ll have a seated arrival practice to start and finish with reflecting on 2025 and setting some intentions for 2026.

Note: we won’t have this group in January and will be offering the Men’s specific groups in 4-6 week blocks coming in 2026. We will have more group offerings in the coming year though! Stay tuned!

Comment below if you’d like a DM with the zoom info to join! Hope to see you there!

Before you sit in stillness — move. A brief somatic wiggle helps release tension from the body so your mind can truly settle. Stillness starts with movement. 🧘‍♂️

Lift. Move. Place.
Each step is a reminder to slow down, stay present, and let the mind follow the movement.

Take a minute to pause and breathe. 🌿✨

🌊 “Blue Mind” reminds us of the deep calm and clarity that comes from being near the water. Whether it’s the ocean, a river, or a quiet lake, spending time by the water can lower stress, boost creativity, and bring us back to ourselves.

Out here at Assateague, the waves remind us to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most. 🌊✨

Here’s a midday meditation to bring you back to your roots—grounding through the breath, reconnecting with the present moment, and releasing stress from the body. Just a few minutes can reset your mind, lower anxiety, and create clarity for the rest of your day.

Part 4 of 4—Thanks for tuning in!
The climb was challenging, but every step was moving towards healing 🌄✨ A good time spent pushing past limits, reconnecting with yourself, and finding strength in the struggle. ”

Part four, the final video is coming tomorrow!
Made it to the summit. The key was listening to my body — knowing when to rest, when to push. Patience paid off

Part three coming tomorrow!
Mount Blanca, or Sisnaajiní, is one of the four sacred mountains of the Navajo people. It marks the eastern boundary of their traditional homeland along with other significant cultural meanings.
Hiking here isn’t just a physical challenge, it’s walking on land with deep cultural and spiritual meaning.
