A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, drums and other instruments to wash over you.

No bathing suit required. 😉
Just comfy clothes, a cozy place to lie down, and permission to slow down for a little while.

So yes… you’re getting bathed.
