✨ A diagnosis is a name, not a final word. God has the final word.

A diagnosis may describe what your body is experiencing, but it doesn't define your future or limit what God can do.

At Marpé, we believe in Farmacy over Pharmacy. 🌿 The Creator designed your body with a natural ability to restore balance, and He gave us what we need to support it:

Sunshine. Movement. Nourishing whole foods. Herbs. Minerals. Clean water. Rest. Detoxification. Prayer.

When we steward these gifts well, we give the body what it needs to do what it was designed to do. But our hope isn't in a supplement, a technology, a protocol, or a practitioner.

Our hope is in Jesus. 🙏

Marpé is the Hebrew word for healing, found in Proverbs 4:22: God's words "are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh."

So we pursue answers. We look past the symptoms to the root cause. We support the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. And through it all, we keep our eyes on the One who created the body in the first place.

Your diagnosis may be part of your story, but it doesn't have to become your identity.

There is still hope. 💚

Vital Vibes Unfiltered latest Podcast, Episode 4
An incredible interview with Cambiotti from Muscle Tuner

Your pain might not be where the problem is.

Denise Cambiotti explains why a tight neck, stubborn knee pain, or an exhausted body can often trace back to nervous system stress, unresolved emotional tension, and muscular imbalances hiding somewhere else entirely.

If you work with your body, manage chronic discomfort, or want a faster, more intuitive way to understand what your body is asking for, this conversation will change how you think about healing.

Jason sits down with Denise Cambiotti, founder of Muscle Tuners International and an internationally certified instructor known for making bioenergetic concepts practical. Denise shares the unconventional path that took her from the oil field in northern Alberta to a body-based practice built around muscle testing, acupressure, meridian flow, and what she calls muscle tuning.

You’ll discover:
-Why muscle testing is less about brute strength and more about the nervous system talking to the body
-How a shoulder issue can sometimes release by working around the ankle or other distant areas
-The difference between massage, physio, chiropractic, and applied kinesiology-style bodywork
-How unresolved emotional stress can show up in tissue, posture, range of motion, and pain patterns
-Why some therapists burn out so quickly, and how complementary techniques can extend their careers

Denise also breaks down the practical side of her work, including how she teaches students to stop overthinking the test and let the body answer. She shares the story of her own catastrophic injury in 2022, how becoming the client changed her teaching, and why her recovery reinforced the power of a whole-team approach to healing.

Jason and Denise also tackle one of the biggest misconceptions in wellness: treating the obvious symptom instead of the source. If you’ve ever had knee pain that started in the lower back, or wondered why a “simple” body issue keeps coming back, this episode is packed with real-world insight.

For complete beginners, Denise even shares a few easy techniques you can try in minutes to reduce neck tension and improve range of motion. Perfect for anyone curious about bodywork, holistic health, self-care, or finding the right practitioner to support your healing journey.

Did you know your forehead has pressure release valves? 🤔

Cambiotti shares information about these little spots, located just above the colored part of your eye, can help you release emotional stress. By gently touching the frontal bone with a couple of fingers, you activate these valves and can start to let go of tension.

If you're feeling tightness in your neck or limited range of motion, try this:

- Place one hand across those pressure points.
- Focus on the muscle that feels restricted.
- If there's no structural damage, you might find that emotional stress is what's holding you back.

It's fascinating how our emotions can impact our physical body! Now, the key is to find someone who can help you navigate this.

Have you ever tried this technique? Share your experience or save this for later!

THE GARDEN HOSE KINK: YOUR TOILET MAY BE BENDING THE EXIT SHUT EVERY SINGLE DAY

Picture a garden hose with a knee-bend in it. Water still comes out, but only after you pump, push and wait. That is what most of us do on the toilet every morning. We call it normal. We scroll, we strain, we sit there for minutes, and we assume this is just how bodies work.

Your body does a lot better in a different position, and the proof has been sitting in the research the whole time.

Here is the scene. A modern toilet seat puts you at about chair height, with your hips and knees both at roughly 90 degrees. It looks comfortable. But inside you, a muscle called the puborectalis wraps around the re**um like a sling. Its job is to keep you continent. It is believed that when you sit upright, it stays partly pulled tight and kinks the final stretch of the colon. So you push against your own brakes.

A gastroenterology researcher named Sikirov decided to time it. In a study published in Digestive Diseases and Sciences in 2003, twenty-eight healthy volunteers aged 17 to 66 each recorded how long it took to feel completely emptied. They did it on a standard toilet seat (41-42 cm), on a low seat (31-32 cm), and squatting. Each person did six bowel movements in total.

The numbers (times reported by the volunteers themselves):

Squatting: 51 seconds on average.
Low seat: 114 seconds.
Standard seat: 130 seconds.

That is more than twice as long on the seat people use every day, and the same volunteers also reported much less straining while squatting (P
